Kate has over 24 years’ experience in executive search and senior recruitment, working with both ASX Listed staffing groups and boutique recruitment companies. Kate also worked in the Executive Search practice in KPMG as an Associate Director in recent years. Kate has assisted a diverse range of clients over her career, across the Government, Higher Education, Utilities, Health, Infrastructure and Energy/Resources sectors. Kate has established herself as a leading search consultant and trusted advisor, succeeding in recruiting for what many would consider to be 'hard to fill/find' executive, professional, scientific and academic appointments. These include positions at ‘C-Suite’ level, Director-Generals, General Managers, functional Directors, Heads of Schools, Institute Directors, Research Directors, Professors, Deans and Pro-Vice Chancellors.

Janine has over 25 years’ experience in executive search and recruitment, 19 of these as a Director with professional services firm, KPMG. During this time, Janine has placed a diverse range of senior leadership positions across government, the corporate sector and education. However, during the last ten years Janine has primarily focused on Higher Education and effectively developed long standing relationships across universities in Australia. She has assisted with many senior professional executive appointments as well placing academic Deans, Heads of Schools, Chairs and Senior Professors, Deputy Vice Chancellors and Chancellors.
